Matting Policy
We follow the Animal Welfare Act and consider de-matting to be inhumane. We will only brush out coats that take less than 15 minutes to de-matt if your pet tolerates the process, and it doesn’t cause pain or discomfort.
Additional fees apply to de-matting.
